March 7, 2011 - Chemco Products had another excellent year exhibiting at the Unified Wine Symposium on January 26th-27th, 2011 at the Sacramento Convention Center. We were among 650 suppliers exhibiting for the continually growing Winemaking Industry. Over 12,000 visitors spent time viewing all the many trade show booths.

This is the 3rd year that we have exhibited and it is very satisfying to get to visit with our over 200 winery clients that we have throughout California and beyond. This year we were one of 12 Suppliers chosen to take part in a Podcast from winebizradio.com. The host, Kaz interviewed our Sales Representative, Ryan Kolarov and our President, Janis Utz. Paramount, CA., August 1, 2008 - LMC Enterprises dba Chemco Products Company announced today that it has acquired Uni-Kem Inc. Located in Pico Rivera, CA, Uni-Kem, Inc. is a sales company specializing in Water Treatment, Food Processing, and the Asphalt Release Industries. Uni-Kem, Inc. is a supplier of Specialty Chemicals to these entities.

With this purchase, Chemco Products has added 8 salespeople, 3 service technicians, and 2 office personnel to it’s staff. Uni-Kem’s annual sales were approximately $2.2 million.

Elaine S. Cooper, Chemco Products Chief Executive Officer, commented on the announcement, saying, "The acquisition of Uni-Kem was like a perfect marriage between similar companies. This will only further expand Chemco's reach into the Water Treatment, Food Processing and Asphalt Release Industries."
